REFLECTION
As this project concludes, in this journey I have experienced growth in both leadership and animation techniques. Leadership development was marked by enhancing communication, empathy, decision-making, delegation, and adaptability. These skills fostered a supportive and efficient team environment, enabling us to navigate challenges effectively. Concurrently, diving into new animation techniques broadened my creative and technical expertise. Experimenting with various styles and tools enriched my understanding and capability in animation. This project has been a transformative experience, blending leadership acumen with advanced animation skills, culminating in a rewarding and enriching endeavor. I look forward in utilizing these skills in the future.
